1. Digital Products — No Return Policy

All products sold on AnandDigital.Store are digital in nature (delivered electronically).

Because of this:

• Returns are not accepted after the product/package has been delivered.
• Once the digital product is sent or accessed, it is considered consumed.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the instant and non-reversible delivery of digital products:

• All sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed and delivered.

3. Exceptions (Only if Applicable)

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

• You were charged multiple times due to a payment gateway error.
• You did not receive your product even after 12 hours of successful payment and confirmation.
• The product delivered is completely different from what was described on the product page.

In such cases, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
• Provide valid proof of payment (Transaction ID / UTR).
• Share screenshots or evidence of the issue.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first is considered a violation of our terms.
