1. Cancellation Before Payment

If you have not completed the payment, you can cancel your order anytime before checkout.

No cancellation charges will apply in such cases.

2. Cancellation After Payment (Not Allowed)

As our products are digital in nature and delivered instantly or within hours:

Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful.

There is no cancellation possible after your product/package has been processed or delivered.

3. Why Cancellations Are Not Allowed After Purchase

Digital products are considered used/consumed once delivered.

They cannot be returned or revoked like physical items.

This policy helps protect the integrity of our digital services.

4. Exceptions (Rare Cases)

We may consider cancellation only if:

✔ You made a duplicate payment.

✔ You accidentally purchased the wrong package and contacted us immediately (before delivery).

In such cases, please contact us within 30 minutes of payment:

🔹 Provide your Transaction ID (UTR number).

🔹 Share your registered email and phone number.

5. How to Request Cancellation (If Eligible)

6. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Cancellations

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is against our policy.

We reserve the right to suspend future purchases in such cases.

Changes will be effective immediately once posted on our website.
